ISLAMABAD: On Sunday, Muhammad Ali Randhawa, Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), paid a visit to the Jinnah Convention Centre (JCC) to inspect the rehabilitation work that has been done.
During the tour, he was accompanied by other pertinent CDA authorities and members of the engineering team.
Muhammad Ali Randhawa received an update on the JCC’s renovations and upgrades. Declaring himself happy with his work, he gave the order to do the last few small jobs as soon as possible. He oversaw the scheduled transfer of the Jinnah Convention Center to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).
The Chairman looked over the installation of cutting-edge furniture and equipment, such as SMDs, contemporary conferencing systems, sophisticated lighting, fast internet, and sound systems. In anticipation of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit, the facility is ready.
Muhammad Ali Randhawa examined the landscaping and interior renovations as well as the horticulture work done surrounding the JCC. He underlined how crucial it is to make the high-profile event welcoming to notable guests and dignitaries.
According to him, the CDA is dedicated to improving Islamabad’s infrastructure and making sure the Jinnah Convention Center satisfies international requirements for holding conferences.
